Handful Sultanas
100g Mini Eggs

Vegan Ingredients

250 g

Dairy Free Chocolate

160 g

Cornflakes

(Make sure this is vegan; some cornflakes use non-vegan D3)
Handful Sultanas
100g

Mini Eggs

(We used Sainsbury's Free From; Mummy Meegz Chickee Eggs are good for a colourful spin)

Method

1. Line a cupcake tray with 12 cupcake cases and set it aside.
2. Break 250g of chocolate into blocks and place it in a heatproof bowl over a bain-marie. Slowly stir the chocolate until it has melted completely and has no lumps.
3. Remove the chocolate from the heat and let it cool for about a minute or two. Then pour into a large bowl along with 170g of cornflakes and a handful of sultanas. Mix them thoroughly until all of the cornflakes are completely covered in chocolate.
4. Divide the mixture into the cupcake cases from before and top with your mini eggs of choice
5. Leave to set for 1-2 hours in the fridge.
