Dog Policy

Dogs are welcome on the shop floor and in our garden section. Only service dogs are permitted upstairs. For guests who wish to dine with their pets, we offer takeaway options and picnic benches throughout our grounds.

We kindly ask customers to plan their trip according to our dog policy and with their pets’ needs in mind.

• Dogs can become distressed when left alone for extended periods of time.  
• Cars can heat up quickly, creating dangerous conditions similar to those in a greenhouse.  
• Dogs struggle to cool themselves as effectively as humans do.  
• Heatstroke can develop rapidly in dogs left in parked cars; even a small temperature increase of just 2 °C can trigger it.
