Are Dogs Allowed?
We allow dogs downstairs in our shop and the plant area. However, we only allow service dogs upstairs and in our Restaurant.

Do you have EV Charging Points?
We now have four CCS2 charging points to get plugged into! Plug in and pay via contactless on the unit, and enjoy browsing our store or a cup of tea in our Restaurant. 

They are 160kW or 80kW, depending on the vehicle's voltage capability. The values can be reduced by other factors, such as the ambient temperature, the temperature of the car's battery, grid constraints and the vehicle type and design.

The rate is 60p per kWh, which is subject to change. ForEv charging partners are the following: Zap-Map, All-star, Bonnet (OVO Energy), Electroverse (Octopus Energy)& Paua. Some of the roaming partners may offer discounts. When using the contactless payment method, a £20 pre-authorisation amount will be taken, which the bank will hold until the session amount is deducted. This normally takes between 3-5 working days to clear, but the timeframe may vary depending on the bank account.
 

Are there wheelchairs available?
We have four wheelchairs available in our entrance area. Please note that these are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be booked in advance. We appreciate your understanding!

 
Do I need to book a table in the Restaurant?

We only take bookings for large parties of 6+ and afternoon tea. We have a walk-in service for all other tables.

 

How do I use my Gardening Club Coffee/Tea Voucher?
To redeem the vouchers, show the back of your Gardening Card in our Restaurant at our till point. The staff member will scan the barcode on the back, redeeming however many vouchers you use on the transaction. For a £1 supplement charge, you can upgrade your drink to a regular speciality coffee, including Americanos, Lattes, Cappuccinos, or Flat Whites.
 
When will my Gardening Club Coffee/Tea Vouchers be available?
Our filter coffee/tea vouchers are updated biannually, with six added every six months. They are reset to 6 vouchers on the first week of April and October, so be sure to use them in the 6-month timeframe to get the full use!
