Chef

We are recruiting for a full-time Chef at The Mains of Drum Garden Centre in Drumoak, Aberdeenshire.

In this role, the successful candidate's duties will include:

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that excites our customers
• Assisting with developing adjustments to the menu  
• Forward thinking with opportunities to enhance our food services  
• Paying attention to customer feedback to continuously evolve our food offerings  
• Keeping track of inventory to ensure our kitchens are adequately supplied  
• Supervising cleaning duties in the kitchen to uphold hygiene standards  
• Adhering to regulations regarding Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety  

You will work in a professional kitchen with a focus on fresh food. We take great pride in delivering the highest-quality dishes to our customers. You will be tasked with learning and following our recipes, with the freedom to contribute to upcoming menu changes and any specials we run daily, weekly, or monthly.

Schedule:

• Day shifts
• Must have weekend availability
