Chef
We are recruiting for a Chef at The Mains of Drum Garden Centre in Drumoak, Aberdeenshire.
In this role, the successful candidate's duties will include:
- Set up your section and ingredients to the required standard
- Prepare dishes in line with the flow of the kitchen, with the direction of our Head Chef or senior chef on shift
- Cooking dishes from your assigned section using the equipment provided
- Clean, sanitise and restock all equipment and ingredients at the close of service
- Complete all necessary food safety guidance from the Head Chef or senior chef on duty
You will work in a professional kitchen with a focus on fresh food. We take great pride in delivering the highest-quality dishes to our customers. You will be tasked with learning and following our recipes, with the freedom to contribute to upcoming menu changes and any specials we run daily, weekly, or monthly.
Schedule:
- Day shifts
- Must have weekend availability
