Kitchen Porter

We are recruiting for a Kitchen Porter at The Mains of Drum Garden Centre in Drumoak, Aberdeenshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Sanitation: Washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Cleaning and sanitising food preparation areas, work surfaces, and the overall kitchen environment (walls, floors, etc.).
• Waste Management: Emptying bins, disposing of waste, and maintaining a tidy and organised kitchen environment. 
• Following Safety and Hygiene Procedures: Adhering to health and safety regulations, particularly regarding food handling and sanitation.

Skills and Qualities: 

• Ready to tackle hands-on tasks!
• A keen eye for keeping things clean and up to hygienic standards.
• Dedication to keeping a tidy and efficient workspace. 
• Enjoy the thrill of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Positions Available:

Thursday & Saturday	9am - 5pm
Saturday	11am - 5pm
Sunday	11am - 5pm
