1.5 Bags of Cornflakes
2.5 Blocks of butter
2lbs of syrup
1lbs 2oz of Dried Milk Powder
3oz Drinking Chocolate
2 Handfuls of Sultanas
Melt the butter, sugar and syrup in a pan together DO NOT BOIL.
Add the onions, celery and carrots to the frying pan and cook for five minutes or until beginning to soften and lightly colour. Add the vegetables into the pan with the sausages.
In the big Hobart mixer add the dried milk, coconut, drinking chocolate and sultanas.
When the Mix has melted add the mix to the dry mix
Mix using the paddle for about 2-3 mins on speed 1.
Once mixed and the cornflakes and mix again for 2-3 mins on speed 1.
Line a Large tin with parchment paper and fill disburse the mix and pat down.
